Living with Crohn's Disease

I am 37 years old and have had Crohn's Disease since I was eight years old. This blog is meant to encourage and inform and not be a place for pity parties. I have mentored a number of people both young and old as they deal with their diagnosis and all that comes with it and thought a blog might be a way to share what I have learned over the past 29 years with Crohn's Disease.
